The members of Preservation Sacramento have been invited to attend an exclusive, members only tour of 19J, a new eleven-story apartment building located at 1827 J Street in midtown Sacramento. The apartments are primarily small studios of approximately 350 square feet, built by the principle of "affordability by design," in addition to larger 700 square foot units. We are offering two tours: 12 and 12:30 PM. For the 12 PM tour, please meet in front of 1827 J Street between 11:45 AM and noon on Tuesday, September 17. For the 12:30 PM tour, please arrive between 12:15 and the start of the tour time. Members may RSVP to secure a spot (for themselves and, if desired, one guest).
