"Members Only" Tour - Trinity House Apartments

Preservation Sacramento's next "Members Only" tour is an inside look at Trinity House Apartments, an adaptive reuse project located at 2701 Capitol Avenue. Formerly senior housing, the building has been converted to 61 apartments ranging from 300 to 700 square feet.

 

The tour beings at noon on Monday, January 29, and will end by 1 PM. After the tour, there will be an informal post-tour gathering at Tea Bar & Fusion Café, directly across the street from the tour site, 2700 Capitol Avenue.

 

Registration is free for current members of Preservation Sacramento, but there are only 25 spots available for the tour.
